Why we don’t publish a starting price
We have not been able to verify a current, Positano-specific price sheet. Figures quoted for Cyprus, Verona or other Raheja Exotica phases are not Positano prices, and quoting them as such would mislead you. The right document is a dated cost sheet for an identified unit.
A complete cost sheet should show
- Unit number, floor, wing and RERA carpet area
- Base consideration plus any floor-rise or view premium
- GST, stamp duty and registration, each shown separately
- Parking, club membership, society formation and maintenance deposits
- The payment schedule tied to construction milestones
- Booking, cancellation and refund terms
A quote without a date, unit number and carpet area cannot be compared with anything. Ask for all three.
