An independent website
Positano.in is an independent project-information and enquiry website. It is not the developer’s official website and does not claim any exclusive affiliation, control of inventory or authority to accept bookings.
Enquiry information
Enquiry forms collect your name, contact details, the type of enquiry and, for visits, a preferred date and time, so that we can respond to your request. Before launch, the site operator must configure the lead destination and publish the data controller’s identity, retention period and contact details. Lead collection should not go live until these disclosures and any privacy-law requirements are complete.
The cost estimator and buyer-guide checklist run entirely in your browser. Values you type into the estimator are not sent anywhere. Checklist progress is stored only in your browser’s local storage.
Accuracy and verification
Third-party sources can change. Verify the registration, areas, units, possession date and approved specifications on MahaRERA and in the promoter’s official sale documents. Images are artist’s impressions from the project brochure, which states they are for representation only and do not commit the developer to final designs, finishes or amenities. Estimator rates are indicative and may change.
Contact and corrections
The site operator’s legal name and contact details, along with a working channel for privacy requests and corrections, must be published here before launch.
